Volunteer Opportunities at EC3

Posted on by Elisabeth Tobia

There are many ways to be active within the EC3 community. Since we’re a family cooperative organization, we rely on our families to support us in more ways than just paying tuition. We need help with things around the building and grounds so we don’t have to pay an outsider to do them. Many of the activities don’t even require an organized event–here are a number of yard work projects that you can tackle anytime. (You’ll need to bring your own tools, but if you come on a scheduled work day we’ll have coffee and treats to thank you with!)

Shrubs on the east side of the building, by the Gecko room windows, need trimming to the bottom of window height so children can see outside.

Whatever your skill set, we’re glad for your help! If you have other ideas for how to get all this work done, please e-mail me at eweston@ec3kids.org. Hope to see you at EC3 soon!
